My mission as a coach is to help you leave wounds behind and develop a quiet pride in your scars, having healed from the trauma, having learned the lesson, and being equipped to move forward with purpose and enthusiasm, graciously encouraging and forming meaningful relationships with those you encounter along the way.
MA Psychology
I have a MA in Psychology from California Coast University. While I could become a licensed psychologist, I found that I prefer to START with the presupposition that YOU are awesome. I don't believe you are broken, nor do I believe I could "fix" you. Together we will achieve clarity and prioritize your goals while removing blockages and thereby unleash your awesomeness!

During my career as a Special Agent with the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, I was chosen by my fellow cops to be the face they'd want to see if they were in a traumatic situation. I was trained in trauma response such as PTSD and coping techniques for clients. It is always an honor to serve first responders.
